Available options depend on your country, account and enabled services. Amounts shown are examples.
Quoted labels match HPay screens. Controls still displayed in French in the app keep that wording in this guide.
Open the right screen
On the home screen, tap « Deposit » to open « Top-up methods », the window shown in the screenshot.
Look for: « Top-up methods » · « Upload my proof ». Tap a logo for that method’s instructions. Displayed logos do not guarantee availability in every country.

Tap the logo of an available payment method. Receiving details, currency and instructions depend on that choice; use only the details displayed in your own session.
Send
To report a bank transfer made outside HPay, use « Upload my proof » when available. This form is separate from card payment.
