Find your account number and details.
Quoted labels match HPay screens. Controls still displayed in French in the app keep that wording in this guide.

Open the right screen
In the three-line menu, tap « My HPay account ». The screenshot shows a demo personal account.
Look for: « Balance » · « Account State ». The number, balance and account details are fictional. Do not use them to receive a payment.

View the details
The account number is in the heading. Read « Balance » with its currency and « Account State ». Do not use the sample values for a real transaction.

Follow the request
To review movements, return to the menu and tap « Transactions ». This balance is separate from the points account.
